INSTRUCTIONS: Empty Cylinder Pick up Form
Requester signs into eBuy
Once in eBuy, go to SUPPLIERS
From SUPPLIERS select Government Scientific Source punchout (GSS)
When GSS page opens, go to heading MY ACCOUNT
From drop down choose Empty Gas Cylinder Pickup Request Form
The form will open. Complete required fields and hit SUBMIT.

All key requests will be routed for division authorization. Once the key has been authorized, cut and mailed, the new custodian will receive an email with a link to acknowledge possession of the key.
