PEEM3 manipulator stage problem is fixed as of Feb 2026. Two of the five piezo motors has been replaced.  

Short circuit in one of the quadrapole lenses pole has been fixed as of March 2026. 

We are having higher pressure in the PEEM3 chamber at the moment (1e-7 mbar). However, it did not seem to affect our measurements so far, We are trying to sort it out asap. 

I have added new python codes for data analysis, including drift correction, reverse fft reconstruction etc, feel free to download and test them from Tools section above. 

!!! Fast piezo shutter is not working. This is not ideal for samples that are sensitive to prolonged x-ray exposure/beam sensitive samples. I am working on to build a new one (April 2026). 

PEEM3 endstation will be decommissioned after summer of 2027.
