XPEEM is a versatile tool for spectro-imaging element-specific magnetic domains in ferri/ferro, antiferro-magnetic materials; ferroelectric domains, crystalline sizes of bio-minerals; See Highlights section for more details.
Using PEEM-3, we can measure materials under various conditions that include: electric pulses/bias, heating (continuous operation up to 500 degree C or higher with shorter time); Cooling (down to 30 K); magnetic field (remanence); sample rotation; Gases (up to allowed partial pressure for safe operation, e.g. 4E-6 mbar).
