Island Harvest is a food bank that has provided hunger relief to the people of Long Island. There are multiple food banks set up throughout Long Island to help families in need.
Long Island Cares goal is to provide food securities for families. There are over 100 food pantries on Long Island that families can visit to receive food.

YMCA Long Island provides both before school and after school care. The program offers enrichment to kids and flexible scheduling to assist parents with their day.
Sibs stands for Survivorship in Brothers and Sisters. Sibs works with children coping with the death of a sibling, parent, or care-taker due to sudden loss or illness.
Community based, multi-service agency that serves clients struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment, loss, difficulties at school, mood disorders, relationship issues, and other mental health struggles.
The library has virtual library cards available for parents and students to have access to reading materials. They have added more eBooks for kids of all ages to their website, no library card needed.
SCOPE Education provides services for families on Long Island. Some of the services consist of before and after school childcare as well as in-school year enrichment programs.
