BUYERS:
Respectfully reach out to students directly in the spreadsheet. They may have also received inquiries from other students, so a book may already be on hold.
Make sure that you have the proper form of payment (cash, Venmo, etc.), and arrive on time to meet your seller.
Please note the edition and ISBN number of the book before committing to purchasing the book. There is a possibility that you may be buying an outdated book. Feel free to compare the books to the bookstore site here: https://uci.bncollege.com/shop/uci/page/find-textbooks.
SELLERS:
Add your book information directly to the spreadsheet. If you’re donating a book, put “free” in the price column. Please do not add any old edition books or books for courses not being taught for Fall 2021. Additionally, please do not sell books for prices that are above the UCI bookstore price.
Respond promptly to all buyers. If you receive multiple inquiries, you must sell your book on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Clean/disinfect books prior to exchanging.
After successfully selling/donating your book, update the spreadsheet by marking your book as sold or removing the entire row altogether.
Notify any other students who contacted you and let them know the book is no longer available.
