RESELLING AND CHANGING NAMES OF TICKETS

• All ticket transfers and name changes must be reported to ensure proper check-in at the event. The guest list will be finalized March 24th at 5 PM

• SPREADSHEET LINK : TICKET RESALE/GUEST LIST CHANGE (see instructions below)

• YOU MAY NOT SELL A TICKET FOR MORE THAN FACE VALUE

• SBA MUST KNOW WHO WILL BE ATTENDING BY MARCH 24TH AT 5PM TO FINALIZE THE GUEST LIST

ALL Name Changes & Ticket Transfers

• SBA must know the name of every person attending, whether they're a student or guest

• Without correct documentation, attendees may face issues at check-in

• To change your guest's name before [DATE], either:

  1. Add it to the spreadsheet under "TICKET NAME CHANGE" or

  2. Email law_sba@lawnet.uci.edu 

Ticket Resale Spreadsheet 

• To help facilitate the process of reselling your ticket(s), SBA has made a spreadsheet where you can resale/buy your tickets. 

•  Buyers: After purchasing a ticket, you must:

• 1. Add your name to the spreadsheet

  2. Provide the name of the actual attendee that you bought the ticket for (you or your guest)

• Sellers:

1. Include your name, original name of ticket atendee (you or your guest), and asking price

2. After selling, mark as sold 

Private Resales

• You must still add the information to the resale spreadsheet OR

• Email law_sba@lawnet.uci.edu with:

  • Your name, the name of who originally was attending, and who will now attend
