The results we received were just as we expected. We thought that the cloth mask would fail the candle test, and as we anticipated, we were able to blow the flame out while wearing it. As we predicted, when wearing the surgical mask, we couldn't blow out the flame. For the water droplet test, we expected the cloth mask to absorb the water since it's fabric and most fabrics absorb water well. The cloth mask absorbed the water; while the surgical mask did not. These tests proved our hypothesis to be correct.
