How to set or reset your LAUSD email account password?

To set or reset your password for your LAUSD email account (@mymail.lausd.net), please visit mylogin.lausd.net

How to log into Schoology?

  1. Go to lms.lausd.net

  2. Click "Student"

  3. Type in your LAUSD email account (@mymail.lausd.net email) and click "Next"

  4. Type in the password you created for your LAUSD email account and click "Next"

  5. You should now be in Schoology!

How to log into Google Classroom?

  1. Go to classroom.google.com

  2. You should see a sign-in prompt asking for an email. If you don't, click "Sign-In"

  3. Type in your LAUSD email account (@mymail.lausd.net email) and click "Next"

  4. Type in the password you created for your LAUSD email account and click "Next"

  5. You should now be in Google Classroom!

Troubleshooting - I put in my email address and password, but it keeps redirecting me to another account, what do I do?

Go to www.google.com. Click on the user icon in the top right hand corner (the circle with an image or a letter). Sign out of ALL google accounts. Then, try again.

Are you getting an error message that says: “...for authorized attendees only,“ "for internal only,” or “Meeting requires authentication.” If yes, go through the Zoom Troubleshooting Guide to find a possible solution to your problem.


How to contact teachers?

Click here to go to the Contacts page were you can find teachers email addresses. You can email teachers with any questions or concerns. Make sure you include a Subject line in your email with a brief description of your question or concern. You can also contact teachers through Schoology's message system, Google Classroom, or TalkingPoints.

How do I create and send an email?

Go to gmail.com. Sign in using your LAUSD email account and password. Then, follow the steps in the video to the left to create and send an email.

Please remember to include a brief subject!

When I click on the Schoology Zoom app, I keep getting an error message that says my account does not exist. What do I do?

This error message means that you probably have to configure your Schoology Zoom App account. To do this, please follow the following steps:

  1. Go to lausd.zoom.com

  2. Click Sign-In

  3. Use your LAUSD email account to sign in (or click on it, if it appears automatically)

  4. Enter LAUSD as the domain

  5. Click "Open" to open the page on Zoom

  6. You should not be able to click on a zoom link and Schoology without getting the error message that your account does not exist. If you are still having problems, please go to the following link for additional support: https://achieve.lausd.net/itd
