Curriculum implementation is change management, which is supported through instructional coaching and school-level supports. When available, instructional coaching can help propel teacher use of the curriculum and practice forward. Below are several tools and resources to support the SLT in achieving the Progress Monitoring Systems milestones.

The tools and resources below are meant to provide guidance for coaching conversations with teachers and administrators.

A reflection tool for describing and elevating coaching conversations
Describes the baseline conditions that must be in place for coaches to maximize their impact on teacher practice.

Progress Monitoring
The tools and resources below help coaches and school leaders to monitor the progress of implementation through the indicators in the Implementation Reflection Tool and the Implementation Milestones.
DOI prioritized indicators for each level of implementation: school, team implementation, and classroom.
A tool developed by IM to assess the extent to which schools are implementing the IM with integrity.
A reflection tool for the ILT to examine IM implementation, celebrate successes, and develop a PD plan.
