The ERHS Graphics Lab vision is to provide a graphic arts and design education that will develop successful and productive members of society by imparting 21st century skills that include critical thinking, communication, problem solving, innovation and collaboration. In addition to employability skills, students in this pathway will be trained in the skills and technology needed to be competitive in the design arts and graphic communications industry. In the face of rapid evolution in digital technology and media arts, the ERHS Graphics Lab aims to give students the tools they need to be successful innovators now and in the future.
This is the Back to School Night slideshow that Ms. Dozois presented on 8/4/25.
Donations are a great way to support our Graphics pathway. From simple recyclables and inexpensive supplies to bigger "dream" purchases there is something anyone can find to supply our students. Please know that donations are greatly appreciated but will have absolutely no effect on student grades.
Here are some of the ways that you can help:

The ERHS Graphics Lab is a CTE (Career Technical Education) pathway in Graphic Communications Technology. Meaning that it is made of three courses that guide students through their career readiness for the Manufacturing and Product Design industry sector, specifically in the field of graphic arts. In the pathway, we offer three courses: Graphic Arts (introductory), Graphic Communications (concentrator/intermediate), and Production (capstone/advanced).
Funding for this pathway is provided by the Perkins Grant for Career and Technical Education. This pathway maintains the 11 Elements of a Quality Program to compete for Perkins funding. As a result pathway students are engaged in rigorous content, Career Technical Student Organizations, and certifications.
