This term, we will be following different lines of inquiry, to help us to find out about how “Belief and value systems can offer explanations about the world around us. ”

Our lines of inquiry include:

• People have many different beliefs - causation.

• Our values and beliefs  as individuals, a community and global citizens - perspective.

• Exploring values and  beliefs - form.

In Design and Technology we looked at a variety of freestanding structures. We then investigated different techniques to enable us to make a piece of paper stand up by itself. Using these techniques we designed our photo frames. Afterwards we cut out our frames ready to be decorated.

We had lots of fun decorating our frames and we are extremely proud of our finished products.

During Science this term we have been looking at nutrition and the importance of a balanced diet.

As an investigation, we compared the amount of sugar in Coke, Ribena, Fruit shoot, Milk and Prime.
