Q1: Why? - Why are you wanting to support the USS New Mexico submarine crew?

A1: How cool is it that we have a US Navy vessel - not to mention a nuclear, Virginia-class, submarine - named for our homesake, our state! We can only imagine how hard it is to be underwater for weeks or months at a time and not see the sky or daylight or even the stars and moon. So if we can somehow build them up and encourage the USS New Mexico crew, let's do it. Let's let them know we are thinking about them, wondering how life underwater is, and give back to them something like a small encouragement note so they can have some courage in their mission and work.
