Our aims for the year:
Create lots of new events for students to take part in and enjoy.
Ensure more S1 to S3 pupils are involved in organising events and projects.
Raise at least £2500 for Strathcarron Hospice!
LHS Halloween Dress up day!
LHS Halloween Dress up day!
In October 2024, we organised a whole school Halloween Dress up day and an S6 dress up competition. Thanks to our BGE pupils in Events Leadership Academy, we managed to create videos and posters for Instagram, X and Tik Tok to raise awareness of the event.
The event was really successful because we raised money for Strathcarron Hospice and also saw some great outfits!
LHS Lip Sync Battle 2024!
We had a fantastic time organising the 2024 Lip Sync Battle, and for the first time successfully organised 2 shows for the whole school!
Our Events S2, S3 and S4 pupils were heavily involved in advertising, lighting and sound, and dance routines - all of which helped to make the event a great success.
We raised £2686 for Strathcarron Hospice and South Africa, which is the most money ever raised from Lip Sync Battle!
