Help us to raise funds for our amazing Academy!

We would very much like to hold a Summer Fair this year and have a provisional date of Saturday 9th July set aside for this. Our PTA team and a core group of Academy staff are keen to arrange a spectacular event that will enable us to raise lots of additional funding that will, in turn, be invested back into the Academy and into valuable resources and equipment that will benefit the learning journey and experience of every child that attends Langley Park Primary Academy.

But we need your help...

Planning a Summer Fair is a huge task! Being able to arrange this event is therefore subject to offers of help from parents, carers and families. Are you able to answer yes to any of the following?

• Could you spare a few hours on Saturday 9th July to help us on the day? You could help to set up, run a stall, tidy away, sell raffle tickets etc.

• Would you be able to donate a raffle prize for the event that can be included in the draw?

• Are you a business owner that might like to hold a stall and sell/advertise your products and/or services? Or do you know anyone else that might like to do this?

If you are able to help with any of the above, your offer of help alone could make the difference between whether or not we are able to hold our Summer Fair.

Above all, we do need a team of committed helpers to coordinate the event and run the various stalls and activities that we hope to offer. If you are able to give your time, please contact the office staff and let them know.
