Principal's Message:
We are now embarking on the last few weeks of the final term and we continue to be extremely busy with end of year activities.
First class footballers - what a win for the team!
On Wednesday, our school football team won their first ever tournament which was hosted by our school. All of the players demonstrated incredible sportsmanship and skill for the win. We are incredibly proud of them all.
Sports Days
We were disappointed that we could not hold our EYFS Sports Day due to the unreliable English summer weather, but we are so pleased that we've been able to reschedule this event to the 7th July. We are so hopeful that the other Sports Days will go ahead without a glitch!
Wishing you all a lovely weekend.
Miss Brading
Office Reminders:
Visitor Toilet
Please note that if your child wishes to use the toilet within the main reception area before or after school, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. These toilets are frequently left in an unsatisfactory condition and then have to be used by a number of staff and visitors throughout the rest of the school day until they can be cleaned again.
Car Park
Please be reminded that there is a one-way system throughout our car park and also a 5mph speed limit. We would be grateful if you would observe both of these when navigating your vehicle around the car park.
Contacting the class teachers:
If you have concerns that you would like to raise with the academy, please do so via the school office email address on contactus@langleyparkprimaryacademy.org.uk and it will be directed to the relevant members of staff.

National Online Safety Guide
A fitness tracker is a wrist-worn device that can measure your level of physical activity during the day. Each fitness tracker focuses on different things but in general, they tend to count steps taken, record sleep patterns and enable activity goals. They can also monitor heart rate, running distance and more. The first fitness tracker was created by Garmin in 2016 but Fitbit popularised fitness trackers for children by introducing the Fitbit Ace in 2018. Now they can be synched to children’s smartphones and used to make physical activity fun for children by giving out virtual badges or encouraging family challenges.
