Theme of the Fortnight

Our theme of the fortnight is 'Looking Forward'. On Friday 6th January, we held an assembly to welcome us back to the new term, but also to the new calendar year.

On Monday 9th January, we held another assembly on new beginnings and new starts. We looked at some new beginnings in nature and our environment and then had some time to reflect on what we might want to change about ourselves for a new beginning and how we would do this. Some of us chose to share this in class and discuss it. We can't always make changes on our own.

We are using our quote of the fortnight: "This is your year to sparkle," to help us.
