Annual General Meeting

The PTA's AGM is to be held next week, on Thursday 19th January, at 2.30pm at the school. Whether or not you might be interested in putting your name forward for a committee role, we ask that you do please consider attending the AGM in order that we can ensure any members elected represent the entire parent/carer community through the attendance of as many families from across the academy as possible. Furthermore, for the AGM to be able to proceed that afternoon, we are required to have attendance equal to or more than the number of committee members.

We ideally need the above information in advance of the AGM in order that we can confirm enough people will be stepping forward. Nominations can, however, be accepted on the night as long as enough people are in attendance for the AGM to proceed. It is our sincere hope that a new PTA committee can be formed that will drive the team forwards and work with the academy to offer a range of exciting events and opportunities for the children that will also enable additional funds to be raised to purchase resources and equipment for all pupils.
