Many of you have already seen our new tornado mascot. But, if you haven’t, you’re missing out. Our new tornado mascot is here to help bring school spirit at games and other events. To begin the winter season, the mascot will mostly be at home basketball games, a few wrestling matches, pep rallies, and community events and fundraisers. Our athletic department is looking for dynamic, lively students to audition for this role! If you’re interested, you can try out for the role on November 11th and 13th from 3:30-5:30pm in the East gym. Make sure you dress comfortably and wear sneakers so that you can move well for your audition. You’ll be expected to perform a short routine to demonstrate your energy, creativity, and crowd engagement. You don’t need to prepare any specific routines ahead of time, but be ready to celebrate a big play, interact with fans, and pump up the student section. Come show everyone that you know how to hype a crowd without speaking. Click here to sign up now!
Indoor Color Guard is a great way to stay involved and to stay warm during the winter months. Auditions will be held on November 11th from 6:30-9pm in the J.P. gym. No experience is necessary, and no cuts will be made! This is a great way to give it a try if you never have before.
Save the date now for conferences! This is a great opportunity for your parents, guardians, family members, or even those like family to come in and connect with your teachers. Appointments can be scheduled for November 24th from 8am-8pm and November 25th from 8am-12pm.
The ECHO Yearbook would love to hear from you! They want to include your voice in this year's book, so make sure that you fill out their surveys! Check your Schoology messages for your grade level, and fill out the yearbook surveys. If you complete these surveys, your name will be entered for a chance to win a prize. And, we'll be announcing one winner each day on our show next week, so make sure you tune in next week to see if you won!
