It’s music festival season!  Each year, exceptional McCaskey musicians audition for and participate in county and district music festivals.  Congratulations to the following students who will represent the McCaskey Orchestra program in the L.L.M.E.A. County Orchestra Festival.  This is a one-day festival where students rehearse all morning and then perform a concert in the evening. This year, our orchestra director, Mrs. Stephens, selected the following students to participate in the Philharmonic Orchestra: Britney Castillo, Ruth Nassau, Sophia May, Henry Margerum, and Luka Draguljic. And, these students will perform in the Festival Strings: Hudson Shorter, Meredith Shoff, Jessica Garcia, Amylee Cruz, Saraub Ghimire, and Jace Iacono.
