Our spring musical is called Something Rotten! And, they open in just a few weeks! Get ready to laugh, sing, and dance as two brothers set out to write the world’s first musical in this clever mash-up of sixteenth-century Shakespeare and twenty-first-century Broadway! They take the J.P. stage March 19th-21st at 7pm and again on March 22nd at 2:30pm. Click here for tickets. They are $10 for community members and $7 for students. Keep in mind, this show is rated PG-13 and may contain material not suitable for younger audiences.
It's not too soon to start thinking about this year's spring production! Every student is invited to audition. We are looking for singers, dancers, comedians or any other talent you would like to show off. The production will be a cabaret-style performance - like a talent show. We would like to feature material from all decades and genres, so break out that Ella Fitzgerald, Elvis, Bee Gees, Prince, Whitney, Mariah, Beatles, or anything else you love! Stay tuned for an audition announcement! Rehearsals will begin in April. And, of course, save the date for this year’s show: May 14th and 15th. Contact Mrs. Welch in J.P. 181 with questions.
