The WMCC "Tornado Alert" Morning Show airs LIVE every day during the first 9 minutes of the Period 4/5 class. Click here to watch live and later.
Graduation is set for May 27th at Penn Medicine Park. The ceremony begins at 7pm. But, gates open at 6pm, so get there early. Grads also need to report at 6pm as well. Save May 28th too for the rain date just in case. Share this with your family and friends so that everyone’s ready for the big day.
We’re excited to announce that we’re starting a new segment on our show called “McCaskey Moment.” The idea is that staff and students can submit their own photos and videos of the many inspiring things that happen around our school everyday. So, if a staff member brings in doughnuts for a class that got all A’s on a test or a student who persevered through a hard project - those are the little things we’re looking to spotlight through this segment. So, click here to submit, but please make sure you ask permission from everyone in your photo first. We don’t want anyone to be embarrassed or surprised by this segment.
Shout-out to Nado for earning the first spotlight! He's official now with his brand new ID badge!
We all know that when you miss school, you miss out. McCaskey has a lot to offer, but you can’t take advantage of it if you’re not here. So, make sure you continue to prioritize being in school on time every day.
McCaskey’s Peer Mediation Program is here to provide peaceful problem-solving. Peer mediators can help with issues on social media, relationships that are dissolving, minor bullying, and personal confrontations. Staff and students can request a mediation by clicking here. A peer mediator will then reach out to schedule a meeting during period 2, 6/7, or 8 in the Mediation and Restorative Conference center in the East I.M.C.
So many incredible things happen at McCaskey everyday! From academics to arts to activities to athletics and more, there is so much to do and see! Follow @McCaskeyHighSchool on Instagram, Facebook, and X to stay connected and see how you can get involved next!
