Future jobs can be cancelled in Frontline Absence Management.  If you would like to cancel a job, you can do this by clicking the Scheduled Jobs tab, then the red Cancel button.  

You will be asked to select the reason for cancellation.  Once you have selected your reason click the Yes, Cancel Job button. 

If it is too close to the absence start time or the absence was in the past the button will not appear, and you will need to contact Human Resources.
