Front Desk Team Member:

Description of Duties: The primary responsibility of a Front Desk Associate is to provide The Beacons of Minocqua’s guests (both owners & renters) assistance with their accommodation & customer service needs.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Make and confirm reservations.

- Greet, register, assign and check in guests and owners of The Beacons.

- Verify guest and owner credit card, and establish how they will pay for the accommodation.

- Verify room availability and guests' accounts using computers.

We are looking for a couple of high school students who may be interested in some part time work, helping with deliveries of furniture.  It is a very limited part time position and would require someone who is able to help lift and carry furniture into trailers and then into customers homes.
