Technology

The City's risk management technology infrastructure primarily consists of 4 systems with varying levels of integration:

• iVOS: workers' compensation claims management
• PaySR: payment information related to claims and injuries
• CityLaw: litigation management, when necessary
• Riskconnect: Reporting, analysis and future workflows

The primary users are Personnel’s Workers Compensation Division, the CAO's Risk Management Division, City Attorney Claims & Risk Management Division, Department coordinators, and 3rd Party Administrators.
