Welcome to the Mayor's Risk Reduction Cabinet website
The purpose of this site is to:
- House research, documents and recommendations crafted by working groups
- Facilitate access to additional resources organized by the Personnel Department and other stakeholders
- Centralizing Cabinet meeting agendas, presentations and resources
For more context, the Mayor's Risk Reduction Cabinet will be focused on accountability measures to ensure senior managers and leadership adhere to their directives consistently. It also invites the City Council President and the City Attorney, or their designees, to participate. The City will be using data to drive budgetary decisions regarding the allocation of resources in order to mitigate our exposure to risk.
