Quarterly Reporting

Feedback loops inform improvements that keep employees safer and help manage risk.

As part of Executive Directive 18, the city will embrace enhanced reporting which includes best-practice metrics and a focus on safety, prevention, and return-to-work efforts.

This means, Department General Managers will specifically report on metrics like:

  • Claims Per 100 Employees
  • Accident Investigation Forms (Form 5020) and Supervisor's Accident Investigation Forms
  • Trainings
  • Reasonable Accommodations

This type of reporting improves feedback loops between departments, the Personnel Department's safety and wellness management efforts, and City leadership.
