The administrative affairs of the Association are handled by a volunteer Board of Directors. Directors are elected each year from among the home and lot owners in La Buena Vida Estates. The Board then chooses the officers from among its members, usually at a meeting held directly after the Association's Annual Meeting.
Annual homeowner association meetings are a time to get to know your fellow home and lot owners, vote for the coming year's Board Members and generally voice your opinions. Please consider becoming a volunteer Board Member.
Regular Board Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of every month at 6:30p.m. at 5600 E. River Rd in Natural Grocers Prep-Room, unless otherwise stated.
Home and lot owners in La Buena Vida Estates are welcome, and indeed, encouraged to participate in the board meetings.
The Association does much of its work through committees. Any lot owner can serve on a committee, and your service is appreciated!
