La Buena Vida Estates

La Buena Vida Estates is a "planned community" under Arizona law. The Association of La Buena Vida Estates, Inc. represents property owners. The sub-division is located in unincorporated Pima County just north of the Tucson city limits. See the map, below.

The Association is a private, non-profit corporation managed by a board of directors who are elected each year by the homeowner/members. The Association is governed by two documents: the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions ("CCRs"), and the Bylaws.

Membership in the homeowners association (HOA) is mandatory. When you buy or own property in La Buena Vida Estates, membership in the home owners association comes as a part of property ownership.
