Reminders

Remember all dogs must be on a leash and please do not let them run up the washes as they enter individual homes. Dog poop must also be picked up so it doesn't end up on private property after it rains.

Fire season is here, so please be careful and don't throw cigarettes or anything flammable in our washes. Trimming and removing all dead trees/plants will also help protect your property.

Please remember to put your trash and/or recycle bins out late Thursday or very early Friday and remove them from the street before dark on Friday.

Also, please remember you cannot put thin plastic such as grocery bags in your recycling container. They clog the conveyor belts. Grocery bags may be taken to your local grocery store or included in the orange bags the City is collecting.

You may remember we started a "Handyman" list awhile ago and I was recently asked to share it. Please send any additions you would like added, via return email, and I'll update the list.

Payments using Zelle or Venmo

Payments can now also be submitted via Zelle or Venmo. There is no fee on either end for this service. You will need to set up Zelle or Venmo through your own bank, and then simply submit the funds to admin@labuenavidahoa.org- those funds then are deposited into the HOA account. The first name is La Buena and the last name is Vida.

Charles (Chuck) Woeppel is Secretary and Sign Committee Chair and in charge of preparing monthly agendas and meeting minutes; so he would be the person we'd refer any request to have an item added to our agenda for an upcoming meeting

Laurie Weber ~ is Treasurer and Administrator and would respond to anyone having questions on dues and/or budget, etc.

Virginia (Ginger) Frame is Chair for Social Committee
