KYACAC Sponsored College Fairs
If you would like to hold a KYACAC-sponsored college fair listed on the KYACAC calendar, you must complete a College Fair Proposal Form during a proposal window. Please only submit one form per institution per season (Fall 2026 or Spring 2027). For access to the college fair calendar, you must be a member of KYACAC. If you have questions about KYACAC sponsored college fair events please contact the College Fair Committee Chairs at fairs@kyacac.org
The Spring 2026 College Fair Calendar has concluded.
To submit a fair for Fall 2026 and/or Spring 2027, please use this link. The deadline for submission is May 1, 2026. The College Fair Committee will be in touch after May 1 to confirm your date and time.
NACAC Fall 2026 College Fair
NACAC Fall 2026 College Fair
This year NACAC will sponsor two college fairs in or near KY as a way for students to have access to hundreds of colleges all in one place. We highly encourage your institution and students to participate in this event.
Louisville NACAC College Fair (in partnership with KYACAC)
Date: Tuesday, September 22, 2026
Location: Kentucky International Convention Center (Louisville, KY)
Time: 9:00am-12:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm
Cincinnati NACAC College Fair (in partnership with OACAC)
Date: Sunday, October 18, 2026
Location: First Financial Center (Former Duke Energy Center)
Time: 1:00pm-4:00pm
