Executive Board members are elected by a simple majority of voting members at the General Membership Meeting and have full power, direction, and authority over the affairs of the Association.

Board Members and Committee Chairs
Committee Chairs are appointed by the President and approved by the Executive Board, with the exception of the By-laws and Nominating chairpersons, which shall be chaired either by the Immediate Past President or appointed by the President. Additional and/or ad hoc committees may be named by the Executive Board as needs require.
