Presidential Message

Greetings KYACAC Friends,

I am honored and excited to officially step into the role of KYACAC President. Since beginning my career in admissions counseling in 2001, I have witnessed firsthand the value of collaboration and the impact of a strong professional community. Today, that shared commitment—and our collective voice—is more important than ever.

Over the past couple years, KYACAC has experienced tremendous growth and momentum. Our organization has expanded not only in membership, but also in influence and opportunities for professional development. This progress is a testament to the dedication and leadership of those who have served our association. I am deeply grateful to our board members, past leaders, and colleagues who have supported me throughout this transition and continue to invest in the success of KYACAC.

As we look ahead, I am energized by the opportunities before us. We have several exciting initiatives planned for the coming year, including the launch of our new website, implementation of our Slate membership portal, and expanded collaboration with KHEAA. These efforts will strengthen our ability to connect, serve, and advocate for our members while enhancing the resources available to students and families across Kentucky.

I look forward to working alongside each of you as we continue to build on our strong foundation and shape the future of our profession together. Thank you for your commitment to KYACAC and for the important work you do every day.
