Notice of intent filed
KSFA notified KS in writing of intent to amend the CBA. Without this notice, no salary increases could be negotiated this cycle.
Feb 26, 2026
First bargaining session
Opening statements exchanged. KSFA stated its #1 priority: retain and recruit the BEST employees for na pua a Pauahi.

KS requests withdrawal
KS asked KSFA to withdraw proposals. KS proposed allowing termination within the first year of employment without just cause.
