Welcome to my E-Portfolio, where I highlight my professional experience, technical competencies and ongoing pedagogy learning experience as I continue to implement innovative ICT solutions to improve online education and learning outcomes. This is where I present my work as an ICT Trainer and Educator with experience as an ICT Support Officer, dedicated to supporting teaching and learning through effective use of technology.
I specialize in managing and supporting digital learning environments, including end-to-end Learning Management System (LMS) operations using platforms such as Moodle. My competencies include course setup, user management, system integrations, technical support for online classes and the design of accessible digital learning content.

I am currently pursuing my Diploma in Teacher Training at the Kenya School of TVET (KSTVET), preparing to become a reflective and innovative educator. My teaching approach centers on creating learner-focused environments that balance academic rigor with creativity, critical thinking and practical skills development. I am committed to fostering classrooms where every student feels valued, supported and empowered to reach their full potential.
My Educator Philosophy
As an ICT professional and educator, I integrate technology thoughtfully into my teaching to enhance learning experiences, streamline classroom management and provide access to digital resources. I believe that technology should not replace teaching but amplify it, enabling personalized learning, collaborative problem-solving and interactive instruction. My philosophy is grounded in equity and continuous professional growth, aiming to prepare students for both the challenges of today and the opportunities of tomorrow.
