Over the years, I have served in various ICT capacities within institutions such as the Kenya Medical Training College, the Ministry of Education and Machakos University. Through these roles, I have managed and supported Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, overseeing course provisioning, user administration, system integrations and ongoing platform maintenance. I have collaborated with educators to develop and deploy SCORM compliant digital content, trained staff and learners on effective LMS usage and provided technical support for online and blended learning environments.

These experiences have strengthened my expertise in network management, system design, digital content development and user training. My dedication to advancing digital literacy and promoting the safe, ethical, accessible and efficient use of technology in education earned me a stint at the Ministry of Education in 2023. With certifications in AWS Cloud Solutions and Google Data Analytics, I continue to pursue professional growth while driving innovation and digital transformation within the education and technology sectors.
