d. Who is responsible for data management;
e. What are the system imaging and other technical requirements for installation of workstations, systems, and peripherals;
f. What are the storage requirements for the application, content, and any data;
g. Are there network versions of the software;
h. Who manages the software license and updates/patches;
i. What are the authentication requirements and protocols for how users log into the application;
j. Who maintains user accounts;
k. Are there annual maintenance requirements;
l. Can/will the provider offer any support and what does it cost?
9. Data
a. Will data be shared with other systems;
b. Are there any special requirements for the backup and storage of data;
c. Will any system-generated data be used for any required reporting?
10. Network/Connectivity
a. Are there any bandwidth requirements and identify the number of users and peak application utilization;
b. Are there density issues/requirements, how many devices will be in the same location;
c. Is remote connectivity necessary?
11. Sustainability
a. What is the anticipated replacement cycle;
b. Is there a funding source for replacement;
c. Are there on-going license, maintenance, or support costs and is there a funding source for these;
d. Are there any prerequisite skills to operate the system and what is the professional development/training plan?
12. Facilities
a. Are there any power requirements;
b. Will additional equipment, construction, or renovation be necessary?
