Option #1 - Get connected to the Internet

If you've already restarted your computer and cannot connect to the Internet, please try these steps below:
1. CHECK YOUR WIFI
a. Click on the WiFi icon on the top right of your computer screen.
b. Turn off the WiFi by toggling the switch off.
c. Wait 10 seconds and then turn it back on.
2. VERIFY GLOBAL PROTECT
a. Click on the Global Protect icon on the top right of your computer screen.
b. Click the 3 lines in the Global Protect window.
c. Select "Settings" and verify you are on "gp.ksbe.edu."
d. If you are on gp.ksbe.edu, try clicking on "refresh connection" from the 3 lines menu.

GO TO OPTION #2
Please go to Option #2 if you are connected to the Internet, but your webpages still aren't loading.
