Option #2 - Clear Your Chrome Cache
If you are connected to the Internet, but still cannot access any webpages, try these steps below:
1. OPEN IN CHROME INCOGNITO
a. Open a New Incognito Window in your Chrome browser.
b. Paste the URL into the address bar.
2. TRY ANOTHER BROWSER
a. Try opening the webpage in another browser, Safari or Firefox.
b. If it still doesn't work, try step 3. Clear Browsing Data.
3. CLEAR BROWSING DATA
a. Go to the top left of your screen and click on the "Chrome" menu.
b. Select "Clear Browsing Data..."
CLEAR DATA
a. Make sure you are on the "Basic" tab.
b. Only select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files." DO NOT select "Browsing history," keep it unchecked.
c. Click on "Clear data."
d. Quit out of Chrome and restart the application.
