This physical education class is not your normal gym and health class. This class ranges for those who love PE and for those who maybe don't love PE. There will be a range from basketball, dodgeball, light weight lifting, along with plenty of opportunities for fun activities. For those who do not like to run, jump, lift weights, or work out, we will be incorporating some light walking (inside/outside), yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, and discussions around eating habits. We will be cooking some healthy snacks, meals, and desserts!
There will be choices! Your choices!
There will be several fun activities, with choices and options throughout the trimester...nobody will be stuck doing one thing!

Cooking ( yes, we will be cooking )

Get familiar with the 7 food groups!
FINAL PROJECT
Our final project will include creating personal wellness projects that include workouts, mental health practices, and nutrition plans!
BUT, this is YOUR final project. I am open to new ideas and suggestions.
