Important Waitlist Information

Thank you for your interest in our childcare program! Due to the high demand for child care, especially for infant and toddler spots, please be aware that placement is determined by the date your lead form is submitted, your child’s birthdate, and availability in the appropriate classroom.

We will send periodic updates on your waitlist status, but immediate openings are not guaranteed. Thank you for your patience as we work to accommodate all families.

Enrollment Process

Steps to Register:

Waitlist Request: Fill out the form and review the parent handbook.
Confirmation: Await response from our program specialist regarding availability.
Required Packets: Complete designated forms and necessary documents.
Procare App: Download and await a "welcome email" to complete your child's account.
Hot Lunch Ordering: Complete online registration as per directions, if applicable.
Start Date Confirmation: Coordinate with the program manager and schedule a tour/meeting with the lead teacher.

Registration Process:

Registration is completed online. Please allow at least one week for processing.
Contact Sierra Wutschke for mid-session enrollment.
Required Documents:
- Contract and Registration form (including waitlist if needed)
- Immunization Record
- Healthcare Summary (allergy & medication forms)
- Account must be paid in full and in good standing
- Additional Infant Forms as required

Additional Notes

For daily necessities like items to bring each day, specific requirements are outlined based on your child's age group. Please label all items clearly with your child's first and last name to avoid misplacement.

Financial Aid

Information regarding financial aid options, including CCAP (Child Care Assistance Program), can be discussed with our program coordinator. Please contact us for more details.

Summer Activity Fee

If your child is scheduled to attend our Summer Programming, an Activity Fee will be invoiced to your account on June 2nd. This will cover all costs of Field Trips, On-site activities, Snacks, and a T-shirt.
School-Age ($125), Preschool ($100), and Infant/Toddler ($50)
