Undergraduate Invention and Innovation

Step 1: Appointing Student

Select one student to represent the entire group. This representative will act on behalf of their peers, communicating group ideas, concerns, and feedback

Step 2: Fill out the form

To complete the online form, scan the QR code provided using your smartphone or tablet camera. Once scanned, a link will appear on your screen; tap on it to be redirected to the form. Follow the prompts, fill out each section as required, and submit the form when finished. Ensure you have a stable internet connection for a smooth process.

Step 3: Print the completed and signed form

After filling out and signing the form, print a copy of it. The completed form will also be sent to the specified email address provided on the form. Make sure the email address entered is correct to ensure successful delivery.

Step 4: Apply for withdrawal

To complete the withdrawal application, bring the necessary documents to the second floor of Building A. Required items include copies of the completed forms, receipts, tax forms, your passbook, and student card. Ensure you have all documents prepared for a smooth processing experience.
