Training Period: 28 May 2025 – 27 June 2025
Welcome to the Industrial Training program for the academic year 3/2567! This training program is a vital part of your engineering curriculum, designed to enhance your practical skills and prepare you for a successful career. Follow the steps below to ensure smooth participation.
Training Process Timeline
Timeframe: November 2024 – March 2025
Search for and secure a suitable training location in your field of study. Ensure the organization aligns with your program's requirements. Contact Student Affairs if you need assistance identifying eligible companies.
Submit a formal request to obtain the official industrial training letter.
Use the forms provided (SI.101, SI.201).
Ensure all fields are correctly filled and include the necessary attachments (resume/CV and student card).
Merge your documents into one PDF and name it:
Internship_YourProgram_ID_Fullname.
Check the "Steps for Preparing the Letter of Request" section below for further guidance.
After you submit your request, your chosen employer must accept and approve your application.
Student Affairs will inform the Industrial Relations Committee or Department about your employer's decision.
Ensure clear communication with your employer to avoid delays.
Attendance is mandatory for all students.
During the orientation, you will:
Receive your referral letter, evaluation form, and training diary.
Get detailed instructions for completing your training program.
The exact orientation date will be announced later—stay updated through Student Affairs announcements.
Your training officially begins!
Domestic Training: 8 weeks minimum (28 April – 27 June 2025).
International Training: 4 weeks minimum (or as approved).
While training, maintain a daily record in your training diary and ensure you fulfill all responsibilities assigned by the employer.
Submit the following documents no later than 15 July 2025:
Evaluation Form (signed by your employer).
Training Report.
Training Diary.
Late submissions may result in delays in your grade or certification.
Steps for Preparing the Letter of Request
Download the required forms (SI.101, SI.201). These forms are essential for your industrial training request.

Fill out the registration form accurately.
Attach the following:
Resume/CV.
A clear copy of your student card.
Merge all files into a single PDF.
Name your file as follows:
Internship_YourProgram_ID_Fullname.
Submit the merged PDF file to:
The Industrial Relations Committee for approval.
After approval, forward the documents to the designated department staff.
Once approved, the Student Affairs Office will prepare the official training documents and send them to your employer/company.
