In my Linear Integrated Circuits course, I worked on a project titled "Conservation of Energy Using a Touch Sensor". The system was designed to automate CNC machine operations by detecting the presence of an object. When an object was placed into the CNC, the touch sensor triggered the machine to turn on and proceed with operations. Once the object was removed, the system automatically shut down the machine, preventing idle power consumption. This project enhanced my understanding of sensor integration, automation, and energy-efficient system design, demonstrating a practical application in industrial power conservation.
