Social challenge: “Upskilling the children's communication skills and personality development"

The lack of communication skills in children associated with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) is a concerning issue that can hinder their ability to effectively communicate their needs and ideas. This abstract will explore the consequences of this issue, as well as possible solutions. Poor communication skills can stem from a variety of factors, including a lack of educational resources and social interactions. This can negatively impact a child's personal and academic growth, as well as their ability to communicate effectively in their future careers. To address this issue, We have implement communication skills training programs by connecting a tutor to the NGO to help improve children's communication skills. In conclusion, improving communication skills in children associated with NGOs is crucial for their personal growth and academic success, and can also help them become effective communicators in their future careers

Social Challenged identified:

Education is about learning skills and knowledge. It also means helping people to learn how to do things and support them to think about what they learn. It's also important for educators to teach ways to find and use information. Education needs research to find out how to make it better. Education provides stability in life, and its something that no one can take away from you. By being well educated increases chances for a better carrier opportunities and open new doors for yourself. Providing them with better education will help them making themselves independent and lead a happy life. 

Final Point of View Statement

Children of NGO affected by HIV need more education facilities such as basic computer skills (MS-excel,PPT,Word etc),better communication skills and opportunity to work on their hobbies to have better career opportunities and a bright future However, due to less number of tutors, it is difficult for them to learn the things they are interested in.
