Mechanical Automatic Counter Machine

Problem Statement:

Design a Automatic counting machine, which should be light weight ,aesthetically pleasing to look at and easy to use. The size of the machine should be 1ft x 1ft x 1ft,the budget of building the machine should be Rs.3500,the numbers should be displayed in white color and have 7 segments,0 to 9 numbers should be displayed ,the color of machine should be black and white, the time interval between two consecutive numbers should be 2 seconds and it should run for 3 hours, the time taken to complete this project is 3 months. The machine should have start and stop it should count the numbers.
