Short abstract:
We encourage scientists and engineers, in particular early stage researchers (including Masters and PhD students) to submit a title and short abstract (50-100 words) that covers the theme of WSE 2026.
The deadline for the short abstract submission is June 10, 2026.
Based on the submitted short abstract a decision on acceptance will be made until June 15, 2026.

Extended abstract (only if the short abstract is accepted):
The accepted participants will have to submit an extended abstract (max three pages including references) with the deadline August 15, 2026. The template and instructions for the extended abstracts can be found on the right.
