Call for abstracts

The call will open at the beginning of 2026.

We encourage scientists and engineers, in particular early stage researchers (including Masters and PhD students) to submit an abstract that covers the theme of WSE 2026.

The conference will have oral and poster presentations. During registration a 250 word highlight of your study will have to be submitted based on which a decision on acceptance will be made. The accepted participants will have to submit an extended abstract (max three pages including references) by August 15th.
