My son/daughter has a hard time in math. What kinds of support do you offer?

• NHS tutoring after school on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 2-3p in the library; 2. KKHS offers a Math workshop elective class that students can take during school. The wokshop class is run by the Algebra 1 teacher and helps with HW, pre-teaching concepts, and reinforcing concepts taught in class. ; 3. Ask teacher for help.

What class will my child be enrolled in as a Freshman?

• It depends...If they are in 8th Grade Math, they will enter into 9th grade taking Algebra 1, which is the norm. If they are currently in Algebra I, they will be in Geometry for 9th Grade, which is the Honors track.
