October Sports Highlight at KISU
KISU Sports – October Highlights
The month of October has been full of action for both Primary and Secondary, and it has been an absolute pleasure seeing our KISU Lions putting up strong performances in both basketball and football.
So far, we have played most of our fixture games, with our U16 Girls and Boys completing all their matches. Both teams have progressed impressively and stand a strong chance of making it to the finals. In a special way, I would like to recognize our U9 Girls and U16 Boys, who remain unbeaten so far — an incredible achievement that reflects their dedication and teamwork.
Season 1 has been intense, with every team showing determination and competitive spirit. With the current standings, the KISU Lions have a great opportunity to have several teams reach the finals. I therefore call upon the entire KISU family to come out, cheer, and support our players in the remaining fixtures. Together, we can achieve more!
A heartfelt thank you goes out to all our players who have represented our mighty KISU with pride — well done! To our parents, thank you for your unwavering encouragement, effort, and support throughout the season. Your presence at games, both home and away, has made a huge difference.
A big appreciation also goes to our dedicated coaches and team managers for the excellent work you are doing to guide and motivate our players. We also extend our gratitude to the nurses, bus drivers, photographers, and everyone who contributes to the success of our sports program in different ways.
Let’s finish Season 1 with high spirits and great energy! I wish all our teams the very best of luck as we approach the end of an exciting and memorable season.
Go KISU Lions.
I believe our teams are well represented this season with the introduction of new jerseys (uniforms). Each player received a personalized jersey with their name and preferred number. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the school administration for supporting this initiative and making it possible for our players to have new uniforms.
However, since each jersey is customized with the child’s name, every player is required to pay for their uniform. The cost for the Primary (Basketball) jersey is 70,000 shillings, while the Secondary (Football) jersey costs 80,000 shillings.
Thank you to the parents who have already made their payments. For those who have not yet done so, please make your payment with the school bursar — a receipt will be issued upon payment.
