Work collaboratively with others

This initiative involves doing an activity where you have to work with other students. You will have to share roles and responsibilities with others. Learning to collaborate effectively is a valuable skill. 

• Choose a project that will require more than one person to work.

• Assign tasks to each individual.

• Have regular meetings to make sure everybody is one the same page.

Questions to help guide your reflections:

• Who did you work with?

• How did you contribute to this activity?

• How were the roles divided?

• How did you help others during this activity?

• How did you ​come to decisions as a group? 

• If you disagreed with others, how did you come to a solution/compromise? 

• What was good about having many people to work with?

• Documentation/chart showing responsibility of each team member.

• Documentation/chart showing work done by each team member with details like date.

• Any photographs/videos/media showing the group working on this initiative.
