Counselor Contact Guidelines

If there is cause for concern during class time (questionable behavior etc.):

1. Privately check in with student to further inquire + follow up with parent.

2. Add counselor to Dean’s List follow-up when logging communication. 

*Counselor will be immediately notified.

3. If student needs social/emotional support (crying, anxious, easily angered) - direct message counselors via Microsoft TEAMS.

IMPORTANT: If there are thoughts of self-harm or suicide expressed or exhibited, contact Pullen immediately.

If you are made aware of information + not sure how to address it/unsure of its severity--  contact counselor(s) via email for consultation. 

• Receive response within 48 hours.

• Use teacher referral form! HERE

If there is cause for concern that you would like to inform the counselor(s) about:

*Counselor will respond within 24 hours.
