We’re excited to share highlights from our recent Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week! It was a memorable week filled with activities that celebrated unity, kindness, and our commitment to creating a safe and supportive school environment. Here’s a quick look back at the week ✨
Monday: We kicked off by wearing orange for Bullying Prevention as a symbol of unity and kindness. Students also completed our Bullying Questionnaire, providing valuable insights to help us maintain a safe space for all.
Tuesday (Kindness Day): Students embraced the spirit of kindness, performing random acts of kindness and participating in our "Kindness Wall" activity, where they wrote and displayed positive notes to brighten each other’s day.
Wednesday: Our "Kindness Cart" rolled through the school with treats, celebrating students recognized by teachers for their good deeds. It was a joyful surprise, honoring kindness and uplifting our school community.
Thursday (Silly Accessory Day): Students and staff wore fun accessories in support of anti-bullying efforts. We also handed out orange wristbands to everyone as a reminder of our dedication to bullying prevention.
Friday: We closed the week with "Stand Up for Your Family Day," paired with Book Character Day, where students came dressed in fun costumes. The day ended with one of the most engaging community meetings. We had teachers compete in a “Name That Song” game and a student dance battle! It was a huge success, and we’re proud of everyone’s participation.
